Davis came to Davis in 1979 and has been contributing ever since:
—Panhellenic Advisor: assisted sororities new to the Davis campus
—Venture Club: active participant
—Soroptimist: active participant
—Chamber of Commerce: upcoming president
—Rotary: one of the leaders of their major fundraiser, Big Night
—Sports: AYSO, Davis Little League, Babe Ruth, DYSL, DHS sports, and Grad night
—deeply involved in her children’s activities
—Provided internships and work opportunities for young journalists and students, going out of her way to provide educational opportunities for individuals undertaking new ventures
—Constantly promotes the Davis community.
