Roberts Musser, a practicing attorney whose specializations included Elder Law, was recognized for her volunteer work in two major areas:
—Assisting Senior Citizens
—Davis Senior Citizens Commission
—Yolo County Commission on Aging and Adult Services, assisting after major cuts in Yolo Co. funding
—Yolo Co Multidisciplinary Team, volunteer attorney advising seniors in crisis
—Registered Agent/Legal Advisor, Senior Citizens of Davis, Inc., she accepted all legal documents served on the organization, worked with City to revise SCD Bylaws and Artic. of Incorp., taught fundraising skills.
—Water Advisory Committee, a horrendous task involving reading thousands of pages of documents and hearing hours of expert testimony, ultimately recommending surface water be piped in the Davis/Woodland Surface Water Project.
