Joe deulloa - 2011 (brinley)
DeUlloa was recognized for his extraordinary volunteer work with the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Center of Yolo County. At a time when the organization was in danger of going under, he provided leadership in a way that few are able to do, and—over the next few months—kept the organization alive and enabled it to move forward, in even better shape than it had been before.
