Ron whitehead - 1976 (brinley)
Ronald E. Whitehead was recognized for his outstanding work with local youth.
Whitehead is currently Director of the Youth Services Division and has served as its director for the past five years. Under his direction, this division has developed into an effective city resource that provides:
—Counseling for troubled youth and their parents
—Guidance to minors with drug or drinking problems
—Law enforcements
—School and city awareness
—Recreational and educational training programs, Fire Cadet and Police Cadet
